Summary: This position provides accounting support and expertise for the Interstate Pipeline organization to ensure that accounting transactions are accurately recorded and that financial statements are accurately reported in a timely manner in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Efficiently and accurately analyzes information, collects, and cross-references supporting documentation to prepare journal entries Works closely with the FERC translation process and quarterly / annual reporting to FERC and insures that the reports are accurately stated.
