About the JobIverify is currently seeking full-time and part-time Guard Tour Specialists to work in our state of the art monitoring center, The I. Guard Tour Specialists work as part of our Protection Team utilizing innovative security techniques to protect people and businesses. Guard Tour Specialists responsibilities involve proactively performing guard tours, monitoring emergency and non-emergency electronic video and audio signals, and responding to incidents appropriately through the use of interactive technology. Requirements * Associates or Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice or a related field, or one or more years of experience in a corporate customer service environment * Experience in the protection and security industry desired * Must have superior teamwork and client service skills * Capable of working in a fast-paced, structured environment * Basic practical understanding of computer functions required * Must be able to work weekends
