Job. com, located in Fredericksburg, Virginia, is hiring energetic Sales Associates to join our rapidly growing and successful team. We are seeking highly-motivated candidates to further enhance our rapid growth in Business-to-Business sales while working in a fun and relaxed environment.

The focus of this role is initiating sales opportunities and supporting the sales process by prospecting and qualifying incoming leads.

Responsibilities will include:
Initiating contact and establishing relationships with prospective
customers via outbound and inbound phone calls and e-mail.
Building awareness of our products and services through interaction with
the customer while capturing company and competitive knowledge.
Managing the entire sales process from start to finish

Candidates must:
Have a minimum of 1+ year(s) sales experience with a demonstrated
track record of success in a tele-sales environment
Be comfortable and outgoing while speaking on the phone.
Have experience with the Internet, Microsoft Office and Windows.
Be self-motivated and a team player
