Description
Provide direction and supervision for drilling operations as assigned. Write cost estimates and drilling procedures. Evaluate and implement current and new technological advances for drilling operations and spread knowledge to the operations groups.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering and 10+ years experience in duties as described. Thorough knowledge of drilling operations and drilling rigs. Must possess a strong technical. Technical knowledge of directional drilling, PDC bit selection, oilbased mud is required. Strong ability to organize and supervise field personnel. Need expertise in wide range of drilling applications and ability to make good decisions quickly on a regular basis.
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
