Job description
As a Facilities Engineer your duties will be associated with supporting multiple high volume semiconductor fabrication plants.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

. Customer interface, process monitoring, process improvement initiatives, troubleshooting support, facilities documentation, capacity monitoring, system modification (insuring safe and reliable design/start up and cost), and operations training and documentation support .

. Representing the site at cross-site meetings and in cross-site tasks as directed

. Developing and driving world-class programs for the safety and environmental performance of various systems

. Supporting engineering analysis and application of engineering principles

. Working on projects related to capacity analysis, advanced trouble shooting, configuration control, system optimization and technician operational support.

. Systems/programs could include HVAC, Water (Ultrafiltration, Reverse Osmosis, Advanced Filtering, Ion exchange systems, Wastewater treatment), Bulk chemical collection and/or storage, Drains, Air Emission and Controls. Electrical Distribution, Building Controls and Instrumentation, and Environmental Compliance

Qualifications:

ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE GRADUATION DATES OF JANUARY 2010 OR LATER.

. Possess a Bachelor of Science degree or a Master of Science degree in Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Environmental Engineering.

. Additional qualifications include:

1. Basic analytical and/or problem solving and communication skills
2. Ability to function effectively in a team environment composed of both technical and management personnel to resolve issues quickly and economically
3. Ability to work and/or adapt in a rapidly changing environment
4. Familiarity with basic building systems (pumps, piping, valves, electrical and other infrastructure related equipment) and control systems (i. e. instrumentation, PLCs, networking, etc )
5. Familiarity with semiconductor processes and production environment and/or other facilities process systems would be an added advantage

Required

* High School Diploma/GED
* English: Intermediate

Preferred

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
* Basic knowledge in Problem Solving, Analytical Skills
* English : Fluent
