What will you do as an IBM IT / PMA (Project Management Assistant) Support Specialist Co-op Intern? You can work as members of engagement teams, helping to design, build, test, and support leading edge applications to meet customer requirements. Work for an IT / PMA Support Specialist might include; application development based on technical specs, data research and analysis, as-is process documentation, or administration of engagement activities (e. g. , performing data analysis, creation of reports) in support of a project.

Ability to work flexible co-op position concurrent with class/study activities
Preferred qualifications:
- Sophomore or Junior level standing in a Bachelors degree program in Computer Science, Decision Science, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer), Information Technology, CIS, Mathematics, MIS, SSME, Statistics or any other related technical degree at a participating university
- It is expected that interns will live in a reasonable commuting distance (usually 50 miles or less) from Endicott, NY or Raleigh, NC.
Required
* High School Diploma/GED
* Basic knowledge in and a demonstrated history of achievement in academics, internships, and/or work
* Basic knowledge in and the ability to thrive in a team atmosphere, making individual contributions to challenging projects
* Basic knowledge in and demonstrated leadership skills
* Basic knowledge in and an interest and aptitude in technology tools and applications
* Basic knowledge in and coursework, applicable internship and exposure to systems engineering and architecture applications
* Basic knowledge in and an exposure to systems engineering technology
* Readiness to travel Up to 3 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
* English: Intermediate
