SAP HR ESS/MSS Self Service Consultant (Industrial)

The SAP HR Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of Hr technology/process deliverables, particularly in the SAP HR Portal Employee and Manager Self Service (ESS/MSS) modules. This role assists clients in the selection, planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HR solutions. The consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics & business case development. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. The consultant provides hands-on leadership, direction, & mentoring to a team of consultants, consisting of consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees. The consultant has direct involvement in qualifying and pursuing sales opportunities. 100% travel.

Candidate should have prior knowledge of SAP PA/OM.

This individual will develop and maintain the configuration and functional design documents and support role based profile changes. The individual is expected to perform all tasks in the development cycle, starting from business process definition, to configuration and unit testing, assistance and follow-up with user testing, to co-ordination of transports to Production, to training and post-live support and fixes, etc.

This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. They use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.

As the majority of our work is performed at client sites with significant travel required, applicants must live near major metropolitan airports.

* High School Diploma/GED
* At least 2 years experience in SAP
* At least 2 years experience in SAP HR
* At least 2 years experience in Self Service
* At least 2 years experience in ESS/MSS
* Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
* English: Fluent

Preferred

* Bachelor's Degree
