We have a unique opportunity for an AUDITOR, to join our North American Audit Team in Valley Forge, PA.

THE BUSINESS TRAVEL RATE IS 40% TO 50%.

The general mission of the Internal Audit and Internal Control Department is:
-to assist General Management in designing the Group's internal control mechanism and coordinating its deployment in liaison with the functional departments of the Compagnie, the General Delegations and the Sectors
-to check that Group rules are enforced and make sure that the internal control mechanisms designed by the Group entities are efficient and relevant.
-to provide value-added services In line with this context, internal auditors intervene partially or globally on the different aspects of the mission as it is defined hereafter, either under the supervision of a Team Lead, or as Head of the mission under the supervision of a Director if they are fully in charge:

Job Responsibilities: DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES-
Audit Planning:
. Creation of the program and planning of the audit;
. Collection of the preliminary and necessary information for a good preparation of the mission;
. Organization of the travel (transportation, accommodation);

Audit Field Work:
. Diagnose the controls or processes of the entity or audited company;
. Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the organization in place;
. Assess the level of risk management by the entity or the company;
. Provide recommendations to the Management of the audited company to enable them to improve the level of management of their operations and initiate changes (if necessary);
. Check the compliance of processes in place with laws and rules to be applied;
. Ensure that Group methods and rules are well applied;

Audit Report:
. Provide findings and recommendations in a draft report;
. Deliver objective evaluation of the findings, conclusions and recommendations. A particular attention will be given to the drafting of the mission report, both in the content (proven facts, synthesis) and in the form (presentation);
. Identify actions needed to satisfy each recommendation and finding;

Auditors follow up periodically both the progress of the implementation of the action plan of the audited company and the respect of the commitments taken by the audited entity, until the final completion of the recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS-
. CPA, CIA, CISA or CFE completed or in-process preferred
. good understanding of various audit methodologies;
. a minimum of 3 years experience in auditing;
. bachelors degree is required (Accounting, Finance is strongly preferred)
. ability to create organized workpapers and synthesize into a consolidated report;
. strong orientation toward internal controls, risk assessments and operational auditing;
. ability to identify risks and measure them
