Role synopsis The Agricultural Operations Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the monthly reporting process and will provide financial analysis and controls work performed throughout the month.

Key accountabilities In this role you will:
- Coordinate monthly and yearly forecasts to ensure operational activity is properly captured in the financial statements and business forecasts and perform various control checks during the month-end close process.
- Analytical review of balance sheet on a month-to-month basis.
- Support departmental needs as needed.
- Performs data analysis to support internal or external operational needs.
- Supports project with data collection and tracking.
- Analyse and generate reports for management.
- Coordinate, create, and edit PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents.
- Act as local interface with Agricultural Operations, Finance, and Commercial departments.
- Assist with monthly cost center/department/project tracking, budgeting and analysis.
- Prepare documentation of processes and procedures.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Essential Education - Bachelors Degree required or MBA preferred, or other related field.
Essential experience and job requirements To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
- 2+ years of progressive financial reporting & accounting experience with strong analytical skills.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience and knowledge of SAP helpful.
- Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work across functional teams and at all levels throughout the organization.
- Results-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple/conflicting priorities with a track record of delivery in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
