Job Description

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) works with clients from the technical issues that are owned in the HR function, through the organizational issues that shape the structure and strategy of HR, to CEO sponsored initiatives to maximize the effectiveness of the organization as a whole. We help clients achieve the business objectives of:

â € ¢ People strategy - We help clients identify, design and implement the key people initiatives to support business strategy and optimize the value of human capital in their organization
â € ¢ Culture - We conduct diagnostic strategies/cultural misalignment analyses and develop frameworks and plans to transform organizations
â € ¢ Leadership and Talent Management - Jointly with our clients, we develop approaches and tools to provide leaders and top teams with skills to build the people capacity
â € ¢ Organizational design - Evaluate effectiveness of client â € ™s existing organization structure, align client â € ™s organization structure with business strategy and objectives, manage performance by linking individual performance to business outcomes and perform succession planning.

Position/Program Requirements

Knowledge Preferred:

Considerable knowledge and understanding of consulting on organizational design and operations with enterprise wide, multinational corporations in some of the following areas: business operations, talent management, change management, development and delivery of learning programs, project management, financial management, accounting, risk management and/or process improvement.

Considerable knowledge of and exposure to the common issues facing the Financial Services Industry including banking, insurance and/or investment management

Skills Preferred:

Working experience at an enterprise-wide and functional level assisting a project team in conducting workshops to articulate the client's strategy, analyzing their work, understanding the structural implications and identifying design criteria; assisting in the creation of conceptual design options; assisting in the effort to build detailed organization designs, including reporting relationships, complex linkage and unit-level accountability.

Demonstrated experience identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics manageme
