CTL Sales/ Client Associate -- New Hyde Park, NY

This is a commercial real estate lending team position. The Client Associate is responsible for assisting the Client Manager with originating loans on stabilized apartment, office, retail and industrial properties.
Responsibilities:
* Analysis of commercial real estate cash flow and valuation
* Preparation of loan proposal packages
* Managing of the loan package through closing
* Assists with related marketing activities
* Explains process and products/services requirements to customers
* Identifies sources of new business, maintaining existing relationships

Four-year college degree with a major in a related field (Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance and/or Marketing - desired)
*

One to two years Sales experience within a commercial real estate lending environment.
*

Preference given to candidates with commercial real estate appraisal experience.
