Job Description
BMA - Electronice Warfare Instructor - Fort Sill, OK
Responsibilities:
The qualified applicant will support Army Electronic Warfare Program of Instruction (POI) delivery and development. Support the delivery of electronic warfare training to include instruction on the basic concepts of Electricity, Radio Communications and RADAR. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge in Joint and Service electronic warfare doctrine, electronic warfare attack systems, Electronic Protect measures such as electromagnetic spectrum management, frequency deconfliction, and EW systems reprogramming experience. Continuous course work technical development and updating, implementing techniques, tactics, procedures (TTPs) of lessons learned into course materials.
Provides consulting expertise to military or defense clients in the development and evaluation of military training and doctrine. May have specialized expertise in planning and executing some or all phases of military training exercises, including doctrinal development, scenario development, and after action review and analysis.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: BA or BS Degree or equivalent plus 6 years experience in basic electricity, radio communications, RADAR, frequency management/deconfliction (Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, but must have at least an Associate? Ts Degree). Have the ability to plan, integrate and synchronize Electronic Warfare platforms and equipment into support and execution of maneuver force operations. Must possess leadership and teamwork skills to accomplish tasks under limited supervision in a timely manner. Excellent writing and oral communication skills. Highly proficient in MS Office Professional (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint). MS Project. Must possess a Secret Clearance with the ability to secure a TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:Recent OEF/OND experience. CTC Observer Controller, TRADOC Instructor Qualification.
