Dominium is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant for our 168 unit apartment community in Naples, FL.
Responsibilities:
• Showcasing the property to prospects and converting them to qualified residents
• Answering telephones
• Recording traffic
• Marketing and outreach
Qualifications:
• One or more years of previous leasing or sales experience required
• Ability to work evenings / weekends required
• Tax Credit and MS Office experience required
• Yardi software experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred
