Job Description
Experienced RN with care coordination and case management background with experience in managed long term care to fill the VP/Director of Care Management for a new medicaid MLTC Plan based in the New York City Metropolitan area.

Job Requirements
RN with a minimum 3-5 years of recent, direct MLTC experience in the Care Coordinator and/or Case Management area. Supervisory experience with Bachelor's degree preferred.
