Description
The primary focus of this position is on facilities maintenance operations, providing technical and operational advice to the Mall Manager while managing the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property.
Qualifications
* bachelors degree in property management, business administration, engineering or related fields.
* high degree of management skills
* the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
* effective organizational skills.
* strong financial skills
* proficient in use of computers.
