Partner with theleadershipteam to analyze business needs weekly and set the highest standard possible foroperational &sellingexcellence through product placement, outfitting and connecting with our customer.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
* Three to five years of retail management experience with creative interests, excellent communication skills and a well rounded global knowledgeof the retail business
* An understanding of the Anthropologie culture and its appeal to theMiami market
* Ability to drive sales through excellent service, strong visual presentation, andan amazing customer connection
* Ability to recruit and develop a strong team
