This position is primarily designed to assist the CORL QA Manager in the scheduling, preparation and facilitating of inspections, audits, and training sessions conducted by the CORL QAU. Primary responsibilities include maintaining the GLP Master Schedule of Studies and log of inspections for each GLP study in accordance with GLP and CORL QAU SOPs; track open inspection/audit reports until closed and maintain a list of GLP qualified test sites; review and revise the SOP for maintaining the GLP Master Schedule as needed; keep CORL QA Manager apprised of scheduled critical phase activities and developments relating to the conduct of GLP studies; training presentation logistics- e. g. identify training needs for existing and new staff, invitations, location/reservations, audio/visual, refreshments, etc. ; schedule internal facility inspections; contribute to the development of basic good documentation practices (GDP) and compliance training material; administer stopgap GDP orientation to new hires or students in advance of formal scheduled GLP training sessions; develop compliance checklists for study protocols, reports, raw data files and NBC facilities; draft QA statements from the QA Log of lnspections for issuance by the QA Manager; regulatory document management in particular administrative control of study protocols, study protocol amendments and deviations.


HS diploma and 0 to 1 year of direct experience applying GLP to preclinical medical device studies and in a regulated research setting or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelors degree and 2+ years of experience preferred. Position located in Kennett Sq. , No Public trans. avail.
