Assistant, Associate or Full Professor of Epidemiology - Tenure track
The University of Pennsylvanias School of Veterinary Medicine invites applications for the position of Assistant, Associate or Full Professor of Epidemiology in the Department of Clinical Studies at New Bolton Center. The position will be in the Standing Faculty in the tenure track, with a major research emphasis. The successful candidate should have an established publication record in quantitative epidemiological research (e. g. mathematical modelling, evolutionary epidemiology or spatial epidemiology) and also have a record of obtaining competitive research funding. Preference will be given to those with an interest in infectious diseases and who could interact with existing Research Centers at Penn. This position will also provide core and elective teaching to veterinary students, graduate students and house officers. The ideal candidate will have a PhD and post-doctoral training in epidemiology, with preference given to those with a VMD/DVM or equivalent veterinary degree.
