The candidate should be able to teach undergraduate level courses in topics and methodologies related to urban planning. Examples of such courses include PPD 227, an introduction to planning and development, PPD 425 livable cities, PPD 431L undergraduate laboratory in policy, planning, and development, and PPD 245 urban context of policy and planning. The successful candidate should possess an advanced degree in a related field (MA or PhD in urban planning, geography, urban studies, or an MRCH architecture).
