The USC Sol Price School of Public Policy seeks adjunct faculty to teach methods courses at the graduate or undergraduate level. The successful candidate should possess a Ph. D. in public administration, public policy, or the social sciences (e. g. , economics, political science, or sociology) with strong training in methods related to policy and management analysis. The candidate will be able to teach graduate and/or undergraduate level methods courses related to one or more of the following areas: statistics for policy, planning; and development; multivariate statistical analysis; policy and program evaluation; public administration research and analysis, risk analysis, strategic planning, performance management, and/or operations research and modeling. Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience and excellent teaching evaluations.
Candidates for this position may teach statistics/methods courses at the undergraduate or graduate level.
