## Posting Summary:
This temporary position will assist with VoIP implementation project coordination and perform various technical duties as assigned by technical project leads. Provide training and consulting assistance to VoIP project Department Telephone Representatives (DTRs) to assist with finalization of accurate just-in-time data provisioning documentation, database tracking, and reporting. Deploy new telephone instruments. Utilize, and instruct others on the use of, mobile application for recording and tracking relevant network distribution/telephone inventory data. Identify and analyze problems and recommend solutions related to Polycom SIP phones, telephony system software and basic networking issues. Provide user support regarding system use; trouble-shoot and resolve user/technical problems after telephone system migrations.
