Conduct telephone interviews for research studies or data collection projects, usually from a work station in a Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) facility. Work on an as needed basis, often in the evenings.

## Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Position requires a clear voice, pleasant telephone manner and ability to fluently read an interview script aloud from a computer screen. Ability to follow instructions, implement interviewing guidelines and complete job tasks despite some background noise, and accurately record interview responses. Familiarity with computers required.
