## Posting Summary:
The Department of Medicine, Division of Rheumatology, at the University of Virginia, seeks multiple candidates for a tenure-ineligible Clinical Faculty member at the rank of Assistant, Associate or Professor.
Responsibilities will involve both inpatient and outpatient care of patients with rheumatic diseases at the University of Virginia Health System. Duties will include involvement in scholarly activities and clinical research. This position will supervise the education and clinical training of rheumatology fellows, internal medicine residents, and medical students. Rank and compensation are contingent upon qualifications, experience and scholarly achievement.
Candidates must have a MD degree or equivalent, be board-certified in Internal Medicine and board-certified or board-eligible in Rheumatology by appointment start date. Demonstrated excellence in patient care, strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to medical education are expected.
