Responsible for the assessment, short term treatment, referral, and management of complex psychiatric issues in undergraduate and graduate students. Care of students often involves coordination with Student Health Service-based primary care clinicians, as well as providers outside of the university. Collateral work includes outreach to the Boston University community, as well as liaison with professors, family, University organizations, when appropriate and authorized, to assist in care for the individual student.
Doctoral Degree or equivalent, superior communication skills and organizational skills and three to five years of related experience. This position is nine months, 100% time.
