Air Quality Project Manager
TRC is one of the worlds largest providers of air measurement services. Our offerings include source testing for routine regulatory compliance, engineering studies, control device evaluations, MACT demonstrations, relative accuracy test audits (RATAs), and trial burns; ambient air monitoring; temporary continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS); and advanced testing capabilities in Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and gas chromatography. With more than 200 air quality scientists and engineers operating from a network of 17 offices, TRCs Air Measurement Services (AMS) practice offers unparalleled breadth and depth of air quality testing capabilities.
TRC has immediate openings for **Project Managers** in the AMS Practice of our **Woodinville, WA** and **Portland, OR** offices. The successful candidates will report to local Group Manager, and manage emissions testing projects in the Pacific Northwest. Candidates may also be assigned to national and international projects.
+ Ensure that all project activities are conducted as specified in the AMS Health and Safety Plan.
+ Implement the AMS Quality Management plan on all projects, and ensure that customer deliverables are provided in a timely manner that is consistent with the Plan.
+ Manage field projects, including but not limited to:
+ Manage project financial performance including budgeting and invoicing,
+ Make sales calls to customers and prepare proposals,
+ Prepare test protocols, and interact with regulatory agencies to ensure approval,
+ Supervise test crews in the field,
+ Prepare and submit final reports,
+ Actively support and participate in AMS Project Manager training and development initiatives.
+ Provide feedback on field team performance to the Group Manager.
+ Support an environment that encourages staff contributions to continuous improvement in all aspects of our operations.
+ Represent AMS at local industry/market functions tradeshows, forums, and etc.
+ Generate $100, 000 in new revenue in the first year of employment
+ BA or BS degree in science or engineering.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in air emissions testing preferred, with proven growth and advancement.
+ Current QI certification in Groups I, II, and III.
+ Willingness to travel and work in industrial environments.
+ A valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
+ Excellent time management skills.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
