Applicants for these roles should be recent Mechanical or Electrical undergraduate, graduate level or candidates with full-time work experience in the relavant field. Other engineering disciplines can also submit resumes, but our primary focus is on ME & EE applicants. Candidates hired into these roles will typically report to a Engineering Manager and will likely be placed in a Terex manufacturing location. Therefore, candidates willing to relocate will have a competitive advantage.

**Key responsibilities might include, but not be limited to:**
+ Designing, developing, and testing all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery.
+ Applying knowledge of engineering principles to design mechanical systems and components for large off-highway trucks.
+ Preparing design layouts, and create documents for all necessary specifications, and drawings.
+ Using virtual prototyping capabilities of software such as AutoCAD, ProEngineer, and ANSYS.
+ Checking the work of others to verify fit and function, and to verify conformance to requirements.
+ Providing support to other areas of the company including Product Support, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and outside Vendors/Sub-Contractors.
Ability to design, develop, and test all aspects of components, equipment, and machinery. Ability to work with management, factory personnel, and vendors is required. Mechanical engineers must have ability and desire to develop technical expertise in structural systems, finite element analysis, and fatigue analysis. Electrical engineers must have ability and desire to develop excellent technical skills in 24v systems and power systems applications. Computer skills: MS Office, Solid Modeling, CAD. Experience with AutoCAD and ProEngineer is desired.
**The minimum required qualifications for this type of position are** :
+ 4 year Bachelors Degree in Engineering (preference for ME and EE)
+ MBA in Business, Finance or Masters in Engineering
+ For recent graduates minimum of a cumulative GPA of 3. 0 required to submit resume to Terex Career Database
+ Entry Level Roles - Recent college graduates
+ Early to Mid Career Roles - Full-time work experience in the relavant field
+ Prior internships/co-ops a plus
+ Must be willing and able to travel 10%-20% of the time to advance Terex's mission, goals and business objectives
