+ Contributing to design and execution of talent management, leadership development, and organizational development (OD) projects and core processes.
+ Specific areas include: talent assessment, succession planning, performance management, leadership programs, team effectiveness, 360 feedback, surveys, organizational design, selection tools, culture change, employee engagement, and diversity.
+ Consulting with senior leaders across all business areas to understand needs, diagnose issues, and define pragmatic solutions.
+ Working with HR and other functional partners to deploy enterprise talent/OD programs and execute change initiatives.
+ Assisting with meetings, focus groups, and other working sessions to help solve difficult problems and align disparate viewpoints.
+ Supporting complex projects end-to-end, to achieve contracted outcomeson time and on budget.
+ Helping ensure regulatory compliance and sound risk management within all talent, leadership, and OD processes.
+ Generating ideas for continuous improvement and innovation by remaining current on talent/OD best practices.
**Key knowledge, skills, and abilities:**
+ Subject matter expertise across the primary disciplines of talent management, leadership development, and organizational development.
+ Strong consulting skillse. g. , asking questions, contributing ideas, challenging and promoting thinking, clarifying critical issues.
+ Able to produce sound and compelling reports and presentations with limited guidance.
+ Strong proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project, HRIS, and statistical packagese. g. , data management, pivot tables, macros, formulas, analyses, graphing, Gantt charts.
+ Able to support effective management of project plans, budgets, and vendor relationships.
+ Demonstrates a can-do attitude, strong collegiality, attention to detail, and personal accountability for results.
+ Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
+ 5+ years experience in consulting or corporate roles focused on talent management, leadership development, and organizational development.
+ Advanced degree in industrial/organizational psychology or related disciplines.
**Hours & Work Schedule**
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
