Visa U. S. A. Inc. , a Visa Inc. company, needs Sr. Technical Support Analysts in Highlands Ranch, Colorado to support client testing on the Visa Integrated Payment Systems Support business suite of applications and tools. Proactively identify and address issues with support from management and proposes design/technical solutions. Sustain and enhance key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Develop test plans, design and test cases as appropriate. Identify test dependencies, environment and data requirements. Responsible for review of functional and technical documentation to ensure testing is being executed in an efficient manner, allowing for an appropriate level of risk.
Employer will accept Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a Technical Support Analyst -related occupation. Experience must include: 1) Designing, developing, testing/QA, implementing software applications and/or systems; 2) Troubleshooting issues with web service messages; 3) XML toolsets, including XML Spy or a comparable tool; 4) SOA Test or comparable web service testing toolset; 5) IBM Mainframe (MVS); 6) Automation Testing Tools; 7) Authenticating and authorizing access to data and functions via Web Services; 8) SCM concepts, including versioning and release management; and 9) Microsoft . NET, Java, VB script programming capability.
